I arrived to Nate Smith Optimal Auto Care with concerns for my Benz . They gladly offered to look at my car on the spot. Great customer service . I felt confident right away that they would take care of my vehicle as well as find the problem . I was given a loaner car with out asking for one, what a relief to have that loaner . They later phoned me told me that it was my transmission , and told me my options, Not good news for the tranny to go but they looked and searched for a good used transmission with the lowest miles on it, and succeeded . I now have my car back, and my Benz is running great. The mechanic did a great job, they are very professional and reliable and friendly. I will recommend Nate Smith Optimal Auto, and will return with my car again.
