Nate, Meg and their team run a terrific business! They are always friendly and helpful - and sometimes even offer to fix something on the spot for no charge! Otherwise for the bigger jobs, I've grown to completely trust them over the years! They identify problems that are subtle or tricky to diagnose, yet never seem to recommend things that are not necessary. They solve problems in the simplest way. They don't over-diagnose or over-repair. This is just one reason I trust them. They're great people! and a pleasure to work with!

Nate, Meg, and Blake, along with the rest of the staff at Optimal, are the BEST! I've taken my 2008 X3 to Nate and team since it went out of warranty and they always do a great job and treat me fairly. My BMW won't go anywhere else!
