We took in our Mini Cooper which had major issues and other shops could not seem to figure out what was wrong with it. Rigo, the technician who worked on our vehicle, communicated with us the process he planned to take the car through to get to what the problems were and do it in a step by step, organized, and least expensive manner. The car still has some more testing that needs to be done but already it is running 100 percent better than it was.

I had a pleasant interaction with Nate Smith about my old 1992 735i. He was recommended to me by a customer that came into my computer repair shop who owned multiple Mercedes cars. My car had an option, rare from the factory, called EDC (electronic damper control) that was leaking, and he referenced the very typical pressure accumulator issue (bombs as they’re informally called) he spent a decent amount of time with me on the phone explaining my options, and although I did not opt to repair the suspension, being too exotic and too expensive, instead opting to replace the EDC components with standard shocks and struts, I appreciated the time he spent with me on the phone away from paying clients and figured this was the least I could do.
