Nate's optimal auto is honest. When my car was at the dealership for recall work I told them that my key wasn't working correctly and they said there was no fix but to replace it for a boatload of cash. I mentioned the key to the service writer at Nate's and this is oh yeah we can fix that. Essentially they reboot it. Didn't cost a boat load of cash And now my key works the way it's supposed to. Thanks Nate

As usual they found the problem and fixed it. But more impressive when my first BMW key was going bad I was at the dealership for a recall and asked about the key and they said only option was to buy another one. Since it was a spare I didn't. My primary key started to act up and I just offhand asked Nates when they told me they could fix it essentially by rebooting it. It worked
