My '08 Mini was having some serious problems when I brought the car in. Nate Smith's Optimal Auto Care did a great job of diagnosing the problem and setting a program to fix the engine in the car. I was kept updated along the way with the terrible news of what was wrong with the car, bad valves and collapsed piston rings, and the remedies that were needed and their approximate costs. When I got the car back it was running better than the day I bought it. I would highly recommend this shop.

My girlfriend took her car into this shop to have her 02 sensor replaced bank 1 sensor 2 Ringo working in service called me up said would cost $325 to replace the 02 sensor i said great let's do it but, Then he recommended i replace bank one sensor 1 would cost $883 to have that 02 sensor replaced at the time i did not know that this 02 sensor is at the top of the engine right in front of your face and other shops only charge 2 hours labor plus the part so i can't understand why i got ripped off by this shop be smart do not take your car there they over charge and even when i called to talk with the owner of the shop he did not care, if i called the B,A,R to report the bad business so i did waiting for a reply also will take this shop to court to get my money back

I was tired of driving to San jose to get my mini maintenance. I'm happy Nate's shop is so close, and they do a good job. They offer shuttle service too
