I have known Nate and Meg for decades and their Optimal Auto is the best choice for those BMW owners who are out of factory warranty! They have shown integrity, honesty and fairness ,Nate is one of the most experienced guys to work on your special car. I knew Nate when he worked for the BMW dealership back in the 80's. He opened Optimal auto with a superior knowledge in all aspects of BMW's especially hard to manage cases where the problem can't seem to be figured out, he won't give up until he has solved the puzzle.
