I came into Optimal Auto and presented the long list of things that needed to get done on my 08' X3 with anxiety about a big auto repair bill. Come to find out the the bill would not be as large as what was forecasted and the Optimal team communicated on time what was needed to be done and get my approval each on each job. I am a highly satisfied customer and will come back for more work that I know will need to be done with my vehicle at Optimal Auto.

Very pleased with the diagnosis, service and cost... I also witnessed a transaction for another customer that got a very thorough explanation. He could have been charged for work that was done but because it wasn’t caught when the vehicle was originally brought in, he was only charged for parts. That is what integrity is about!
