This is the second time in a month that I had to have my Audi towed to Nate Smith’s. Both experiences were terrific. The first time, I needed a new battery for my 8-year old car. The second time, the car stopped running and was missing some essential bolts under the grill. I did not have to accompany the tow truck and the staff kept me up to date on all progress. Work was done expeditiously and expertly. And great customer service picking me up to get my car. Because both were emergency visits, I was not able to secure a loaner, but that was a minor inconvenience. Highly recommend!!

I moved to Monterey in 2021 looking for a team to maintain my 91 850 bmw - I tried 4 shops locally until I found Nate’s across the way in Santa Cruz -They are my new team and we have already done a bunch of restoration projects that have brought my car back up to top tier like it was new !
