I moved to Monterey in 2021 looking for a team to maintain my 91 850 bmw - I tried 4 shops locally until I found Nate’s across the way in Santa Cruz -They are my new team and we have already done a bunch of restoration projects that have brought my car back up to top tier like it was new ! Rigo Catherine Meg and Nate and the team are the BEST !!!

Had an unexpected problem and they got my car in quickly got it fixed right away. Great job as always!

Nates diagnosed a thermostat problem on my Mini, which required unplugging a wire that's extremely difficult to get to. The plug didn't seat correctly when they put it back together and, when I drove home, the Check Engine light came on. I dropped back the next morning and they immediately figured out the issue, fixed it, and reset the warning light. I've received nothing but excellent service from Nates over the years -- this was a good example. And I love their pups!

Meg and Nate run a very supportive and professional shop. My husband and I have driven BMW's for a very long time and take our BMW in regularly to get serviced. I wouldn't continue buying BMW's if it wasn't for the great services my family have always received from Optimal Auto. Thank Nate, Meg and the Optimal Auto team.
