This service was my first at an independent shop and not a Volkswagen dealership since purchasing my Tiguan new in 2010. I had a former connection at an out of the area VW store and maintained my car there exclusively. When that connection ended it was time to find a new source for service. I tried Nate Smith sheerly out of a random search and their proximity to my frequently traveled part of town. The repairs took a bit longer than expected by I am really pleased with the results. I got way more than I paid for and would highly recommend anyone with the types of European vehicles that they specialize working on to try them.

It’s my third time here & they have done a great job on my 2014 Mini Cooper. I really appreciate their communication/updates when my car is being worked on. My car is lowered which is a pain and they go the extra mile to still work on it and it’s very appreciated!! They also have a new system where you can view your balance & approve repairs so there is no surprises. Definitely recommend going here rather than MINI of Stevens Creek..thanks guys!

Well I went to nates smith because my brake malfunction light came on. At the same time it started to rain as I was driving there. I put on my wipers on all of a sudden the wipers were falling apart making it difficult to see and drive. Good thing nates had wipers available and the guy rigo put them on right away and made it possible to drive home. Now I have to make appointment to check my brake malfunction. I like the way Blake and Rigo handle the problems with care. Thank you Nate Smith team

Having Optimal Auto trouble shoot and actually find out and correct the problems my little old car had is comforting to know that the work done was handled in a professional manner and solved all the needs of my vehicle. I'm extremely pleased with Nate's service center. Nate, Meg and each of the service advisors that i was in contact with, patiently listened to me describing my car issues. When they recommended services they always let me know which were most urgent and which could be delayed. The care they took and the quality of service was outstanding. Plus their prices were reasonable. I definitely will be a returning customer.
