The whole team at Nate Smith Optimal Auto is first class. When you : request service, they actually write down all of your requests, and everything is very organized on their computer for future reference. They are the only shop that I trust to bring my Volkswagen Eurovan. The service is polite and prompt, and the technicians are very knowledgeable. It is nice to have a masterful family run business. They are not the cheapest job out there but you don’t want cheap work done on your car. Considering the quality of work done, it is actually a very high value. Highly recommended!

This is a great business. I never worry about being overcharged or things replaced that don't need it. It's a friendly, actually fun place to visit. They have live entertainment. A border collie named Gordy will be your greeter. All kidding aside, you can't go wrong dealing with them.
