Great customer service and the amount of work for my auto match prices !

My car has been serviced for many years by Optimal Auto Care. It seems like they totally know how to fix car ailments, because my 19 year old one is still driving like new.

Recently, I had to have my car towed to Nate's. An entirely unplanned event with an alternator. I called Nate and told him the circumstance that I was along side the road with a dead Audi and was having my car towed there. I was told, no problem. It was a Friday, and by the end of the day (a busy day for them) I was told the problem. They ordered the part and told me that the car would be ready Monday, mid-day. And to add a wonderful spice, they offered to come pick me up at my work. The work was done efficiently with a personal flare (I feel like the people there are like family). I couldn't be more satisfied. I will keep going to Nate's.

Great service. Very warm and friendly employees. I feel comfortable when I work with them. Never worry about not getting excellent care.

Nate Smith Auto Repair has serviced my car for many years (12 years) and has always given me professional service and results. My latest situation was a side view mirror that had fallen off and had to be replaced. They ordered the part late in the afternoon, had it the following morning, and installed the same day.
