Excellent service! Lost power steering due to a broken bolt sheering off the belt. Was in town for a brief time and was referred to Nate’s. They were able to diagnose quickly, order parts and repair the day after the holiday weekend! Appreciated their courtesy and efficient service.

I called around before choosing Nate Smith. I had done some research online and knew what service I needed. I had disconnected my seat wiring harnesses while detailing my car, which caused the airbag indicator light to come on. In my VW it requires a diagnostic tool to reset it. The other shops I called estimated higher prices and longer service times. I was able to drop off my car the same day at Nate Smith's and pick it up a couple hours later. They did exactly what I asked and didn't charge an unreasonable price. I'll go to Nate Smith again for sure.
