I have known Nate and Meg for over 15 years from servicing my 2000 BMW 740I after out of warranty. He has been a total pro regarding knowledge of BMW's and a great trouble shooter! He helped get me a less expensive option on fixing my sound system (I saved about $1500. I also can't say enough about the integrity of the man, I always feel he is looking after my needs like a friend, that he is. Meg always has some treat for me when I come in and is also very helpful and friendly. I give them my best rating!

I'm a younger guy and it's hard to find a mechanic that will take less experienced car guys seriously. Nate treats me with a respect I feel that I don't get at any other place. Not to mention the exceptional and fast service with frequent status updates. I will be taking my BMW back here.

super easy, super friendly

Nate and Meg at Optimal are so customer oriented. My wife needed a smog check which is something Optimal does not do. Optimal arranged the check, took her car to the nearby facility, made her comfortable waiting and retrieved her car all for the customary fee. GREAT PEOPLE!

I find Optimal Auto to be a dependable place to take my car for any mechanical needs my older BMW has. They are not only friendly, courteous, and efficient, but they explain the work needed as well as the work that has been done. I recommend Optimal Auto to anyone that owns a BMW and wants excellent work to be done by them.
