I've been going to Optimal Auto for as long as I can remember. Nate and crew are great people, who treat you fairly and honestly. They dont recommend work that isnt necessary and they do what they say they are going to do. What more can you ask for from your Auto Repair provider?

These folks are the best, and in the unlikely event you have is problem when your vehicle is returned, they stand behind their work 100%. I just wish they weren't so expensive. Just kidding- remember, you get what you pay for and they are worth every penny.

What a great place! I called and spoke to Blake and told him my symptoms. He suggested my oil was low and to stop in and he would check. I popped over, he took a look and I was down 3 quarts. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes knowing more about maintaining my Mini than before. Highly recommend.

Nate Smith's Optimal Auto has always been very accommodating and willing to answer questions regarding maintenance and repairs needed on our vehicles. All personnel are very helpful, cordial and always friendly when questioned about any concerns I may have. My observation is that they make every customer feel special because of their helpful, solid advice and reasonable billing. I was relieved and more than pleasantly surprised. Meg and the other Service Advisers were very professional, and friendly. I very much appreciated the time, care, and attention to detail in answering my questions and concerns. They are more affordable than going to a BMW dealer. They are my NEW go-to automotive specialists. They go out of their way to do what they can for you.
