Optimal Auto is awesome. Specifically, they are number one BMW enthusiasts, which is important because you don't own a BMW unless you are enthusiastic. It's a driving machine. Second, they know all the history and what can go wrong and how to fix it for the lowest effort and price possible, but they fix it right. They are patient. They explain everything. Nate, Meg, techs, shuttle driver, all just wonderful people. Michael took care of my 528i, did all the work we discussed, kept me posted, accelerated the job when he could between other work. Just awesome. We're bring our car back when it needs service and our 330i too, can't say enough about these guys. Full pro shop. Thanks, Nates!!!!!

Nate's is awesome. Fully dialed in our 2000 528i. Found all the things we needed to fix, did them affordably and accurately. Recommended future services. They care about BMW's like the customer does. it's an investment in a driving machine. They get it. They don't do extra work, but they'll tell you if something should be watched for the future and they tell you how to think about maintaining these fine cars. Wonderful. Great group of people here. They are knowledgable and straight forward. Had a slight delay on finding out what the exact issue was with my car, but was just a timing and staffing issue. They fixed it quickly and as quoted. Need more businesses like this that address the needs of your car and don't try to up-sell you on other services not needed, yet, they are cognizant of what issues you should address specific to your vehicle. Will always go here! Great service...

They are a very helpful, knowledgeable group. Great service and honest. All the things you want in a car repair business. I've had only positive experiences with them. They helped me figure out an issue/problem my car was having, even though I had to go to BMW dealer (as forced to do so due to warranty). Recent work I had done by them (instead of dealer) was quick and accurate. Highly recommend!

Once again, Nate Smith's Optimal Auto Care took great care of me. Both times something went wrong with my 2006 325, I pulled in and was taken care of right away. As busy as they always are, they were able to diagnose the problem right away, and get my repair done in a quick turn-around. It's nice knowing that I have a place in town that I can trust, and that I can just show up and still get my car repaired in a day or two.
